The GST rate shall be applicable for coal registration/ renewal/profile changes etc.  e-Payment Link for De-Activated Buyer  Digital Signature Certificate is mandatory for Spot & Forward Coal eAuction with effect from 1st July 2010 . Please get your Digital Signature Certificate.  CIL COAL e-AUCTION.  Transfer of Coal EMD by RTGS.
