As per Kerala Gazette notification No 43, Volume V, Part III dated 1st November 2016, the pre bid EMD for participating in the auction has to be remitted to the concerned DFO through e-treasury or by DD. However, MSTC will be collecting the pre bid EMDs till 15th December 2016 and all further remittances of pre bid EMDs from 16th December 2016 has to be made directly to the concerned DFO through e-treasury or by DD.
